dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación responde a la pregunta ¿Cuáles son los factores de riesgo asociados a preeclampsia en pacientes gestantes del Hospital II– 2 Tarapoto. Julio a Diciembre del 2017? Para esto se planteó el objetivo general: Conocer los factores de riesgo asociados a preeclampsia en pacientes gestantes del Hospital II– 2 Tarapoto. Julio a Diciembre del 2017. Los materiales y método: Se realizó un estudio analítico, retrospectivo, observacional de casos y controles, con una muestra de 54 pacientes para casos y 54 pacientes para controles. Los resultados: Del grupo de casos presentan preeclampsia leve el 37% y Preeclampsia severa con 63%.Desarrollaron preeclampsia las gestantes que proceden de zona rural, tuvo un OR: 1.506 IC: 1.034 a 2,193;p: 0.92, las con antecedente familiar tuvieron un OR: 1.748 IC: 1,095 a 2793,p: 0.138, las que tuvieron antecedente personal tuvieron un OR:q.172 con IC 0,784 a 1,754,p: 0.001, el riesgo de pre-eclampsia en las gestantes nulíparas tuvo un OR: 1.160 IC: 0,680 a 1,978, p: 001, en las gestantes con ningún periodo intergenésico el riesgo fue OR: 1,367 IC: 0,629 a 2,971, p: 0.035. Conclusión: Los factores de riesgo con mayor significancia estadística para el desarrollo de pre-eclampsia fueron: antecedente familiar, antecedente personal, procedencia rural, nulíparas y periodo intergenésico. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The following investigation answers the question: What are the risk factors associated with preeclampsia in pregnant patients of Hospital II-2 Tarapoto. July to December 2017? For this, the general objective was stated: To know the risk factors associated with preeclampsia in pregnant patients of Hospital II-2 Tarapoto. July to December 2017. The materials and method: An analytical, retrospective, observational study of cases and controls was carried out, with a sample of 54 patients for cases and 54 patients for controls. The results: Of the group of cases, 37% had mild preeclampsia and 63% had severe pre-eclampsia. Pregnant women who came from rural areas developed preeclampsia, had an OR: 1,506 CI: 1034 to 2.193, p: 0.92, those with a family history had an OR: 1748 CI: 1.095 to 2793, p: 0.138, those who had a personal history had an OR: q.172 with CI 0.784 to 1.754, p: 0.001, the risk of pre-eclampsia in nulliparous pregnant women had an OR: 1,160 CI: 0.680 to 1.978, p: 001, in pregnant women with no intergenic period, the risk was OR: 1.367 CI: 0.629 to 2.971, p: 0.035. Conclusion: The risk factors with greater statistical significance for the development of pre-eclampsia were: family history, personal background, rural origin, nulliparous and intergenesic period. | es_PE |
