Estilo de gestión pedagógica del director y su relación con el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa del nivel primario N° 00537 Matilde Del Águila Velásquez de la ciudad de Rioja en el año 2014

Abstract

La investigación Estilo de gestión pedagógica del director y su relación con el desempeño docente en la institución educativa del nivel primario N° 00537 “Matilde del Aguila Velásquez” de la ciudad de Rioja en el año 2014 tiene el propósito de determinar la relación entre el estilo de gestión pedagógica del Director y el desempeño docente. Los objetivos específicos fueron: Describir el estilo de gestión pedagógica del director, describir el desempeño docente y analizar la relación entre el estilo de gestión pedagógica del director con el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa del nivel primario N° 00537 “Matilde Del Águila Velásquez” En el aspecto teórico, el estilo de gestión del directivo fundamentados en Alvarado (1999), Raineri (2006), Álvarez y Correa (2008), Rendón (2009), que sustentan son esenciales para la gestión escolar; y el desempeño docente en Estrada (2003), Ministerio de Educación (2012), que sostienen que su trabajo permite desarrollar procesos de gestión en la escuela como en el aula. Con ello, se plantea la siguiente hipótesis: Existe una relación significativa entre el estilo de gestión pedagógica del Director y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa del nivel primario N° 00537 “Matilde Del Águila Velásquez” Metodológicamente, el diseño de investigación fue descriptivo-correlacional, con una muestra de 19 docentes de la Institución Educativa del nivel primario N° 00537 “Matilde Del Águila Velásquez”, y en el proceso de análisis estadístico se obtuvo que el estilo de gestión del director es coercitivo y exigente de manera regular, y directivo, afiliativo, democrático y formador en forma aceptable. El desempeño docente de los docentes se presenta de forma regular. En ese sentido, se acepta la hipótesis de investigación, pues, se relacionan significativamente y se presentan de forma regular, debido a que el coeficiente de correlación γ= 0.6938 es considerable.

With this, the following hypothesis is put forward: There is a significant relationship between the pedagogical management style of the Principal and the teaching performance in the Educational Institution of the primary level N ° 00537 "Matilde Del Águila Velásquez" Methodologically, the research design was descriptive-correlational, with a sample of 19 teachers from the Educational Institution of the primary level N ° 00537 "Matilde Del Águila Velásquez", and in the process of statistical analysis it was obtained that the management style of the principal is coercive and demanding in a regular manner, and directive, affiliative, democratic and formative in an acceptable manner. The teaching performance of teachers is presented on a regular basis. In this sense, the research hypothesis is accepted, since they are significantly related and presented on a regular basis, because the correlation coefficient γ = 0.6938 is considerable.
