Propuesta arquitectónica de una escuela popular de arte y cultura para mejorar el aprendizaje y desarrollo de actividades artístico-culturales en la ciudad de Tarapoto

Abstract

El Perú es un país conformado por una rica gama de culturas y tradiciones, esto hace necesario que los peruanos conozcamos las diferentes manifestaciones de cultura que se encuentran en cada una de las regiones del país. Es muy importante conocer a detalle el trabajo que realizan los artistas y algunas personas de la población en general que contribuyen a la conservación y el fomento de las diversas manifestaciones artísticas y culturales. En la ciudad de Tarapoto, capital de la provincia de San Martín, es de vital importancia mantener esa cultura llena de tradiciones y costumbres en las nuevas generaciones, desarrollando actividades artístico-culturales en una infraestructura dedicada y especializada. Después de un análisis profundo de casos viables internacionales, nacionales y locales y visto la necesidad de tener un área físico-social donde se pueda desarrollar actividades educativas para conservar la cultura en la población tarapotina, al mismo tiempo encontrar un espacio de recreación y concentración masiva. El proyecto de investigación presentado a continuación tiene como fin mejorar considerablemente la formación y aprendizaje de actividades artístico-culturales en la ciudad de Tarapoto, a través de la creación de una Escuela Popular de Arte y Cultura.4

Peru is a country made up of a rich range of cultures and traditions, this makes it necessary for Peruvians to know the different manifestations of culture found in each of the regions of the country. It is very important to know in detail the work carried out by the artists and some people from the general population who contribute to the conservation and promotion of the various artistic and cultural manifestations. In the city of Tarapoto, capital of the province of San Martín, it is vital to maintain that culture full of traditions and customs in the new generations, developing artistic-cultural activities in a dedicated and specialized infrastructure. After a thorough analysis of viable international, national and local cases and seen the need to have a physical-social area where educational activities can be developed to conserve the culture in the Tarapotina population, at the same time find a space for recreation and massive concentration. The research project presented below aims to significantly improve the training and learning of artistic-cultural activities in the city of Tarapoto, through the creation of a Popular School of Art and Culture.
