Desnutrición y anemia en pacientes hospitalizados en el servicio de Pediatría del Hospital Apoyo Iquitos “Cesar Garayar García” II-2 MINSA enero - setiembre 2018

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de desnutrición y anemia en pacientes Hospitalizados en el Servicio de Pediatría del Hospital Apoyo Iquitos “Cesar Garayar García” II-2 MINSA Enero - Setiembre 2018. Metodología: Estudio de nivel descriptivo, no experimental. Se consideró 485 niños menores hospitalizados en el servicio de pediatría del hospital apoyo Iquitos cesar Garayar García entre los meses de Enero a setiembre del 2018. La recopilación de la información se realizó a través de una ficha de recolección de datos y se realizó una estadística descriptiva. Resultados: de los 485 pacientes hospitalizados entre el mes de enero a diciembre el 73.81% (358) no tuvo desnutrición, encontrándose en un estado nutricional adecuado para su edad (eutrófico), mientras que el 26.19%(127) de los pacientes si tuvieron algún tipo de desnutrición, además de relacionar la variable de anemia y desnutrición nos resulta que del total de pacientes 368 cursan con anemia y de estos el 68.75% (253) no tiene desnutrición mientras que el 31.25% (115) si tenían algún tipo de desnutrición, de la misma manera de los pacientes que no tuvieron anemia el 89.74% (105) no tenía desnutrición, mientras que el 10,26% (12) si tenía anemia, también tuvo algún tipo de desnutrición.. Conclusión: Los resultados obtenidos se asemejan a lo ampliamente publicado en la bibliografía actual.

Objective: To determine the level of malnutrition and anemia in patients Hospitalized in the Pediatric Service of the support "Cesar Garayar Garcia" II-2 MINSA Iquitos Hospital, January - September 2018. Methodology: Descriptive level study, not experimental. We considered 485 minor children hospitalized in the pediatric service of Cesar Garayar Garcia support Iquitos Hospital between the months of January to September 2018. The information was collected through a data collection card and a descriptive statistic was made. Results: Of the 485 patients hospitalized between January and December, 73.81% (358) did not have malnutrition, being in a nutritional state adequate for their age (eutrophic), while 26.19% (127) of the patients did have some type of malnutrition, in addition to relate the variable of anemia and malnutrition we find that 368 of the total number of patients with anemia and of these 68.75% (253) do not have malnutrition while 31.25% (115) if they had some type of malnutrition, in the same way of patients who did not have anemia 89.74% (105) had no malnutrition, while 10.26% (12) had anemia, also had some type of malnutrition .. Conclusion: The results obtained resemble those widely published in the current bibliography.
