Análisis del sistema de agronegocios del cultivo del camu camu (Myrciaria dubia.) en la provincia de Alto Amazonas – Loreto

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad analizar el sistema de Agronegocios (SAG) de camu camu en Alto Amazonas, el camu camu es una fruta única con contenido de ácido ascórbico natural en el mundo, siendo Perú un importante productor. Los actores operan bajo el mismo ambiente institucional formal y una arraigada culturas de los productores en el informal, para ello es importante analizar el SAG contextualizándolo desde los ambientes organizacional y tecnológico; se utilizó como metodología el análisis estructural discreto (AED) y como tipo de investigación la epistemología fenomenológica, combinando herramientas cualitativas y cuantitativas (entrevistas a actores y encuestas a 103 productores). Los resultados se procesaron a partir del software InfoStat mediante el análisis multivariado: Análisis de Componentes Principales (ACP) combinado con clúster. Del análisis de las variables del ambiente organizacional surge que las transacciones no están alineadas generando altos costos de transacción. Del ACP se obtuvo dos autovalores (CP1: Innovación Tecnológica y CP2: Relación con el comprador) que explican el 63% de la variabilidad total, siendo las variables de más peso percibida por los productores las de mejoras tecnológicas y en regular medida la conformidad con el precio y frecuencia. Se identificaron 3 grupos de productores que presentaron una correlación positiva con la lejanía a Yurimaguas y el tipo de respuesta para las diferentes variables. Con el diamante de Porter se identificó que el SAG tiene un predominio de desventajas y limitaciones competitivas en los sistemas de producción y en el FODA sobresale las fortalezas sobre ubicación geográfica.

The purpose of this research work is to analyze the agribusiness system (SAG) of camu camu in Alto Amazonas; the camu camu is a unique fruit with natural ascorbic acid content in the world, Peru being an important producer. Those involved operate under the same formal institutional environment and an ingrained culture of producers in the informal, for this it is important to analyze the SAG contextualizing it from the organizational and technological environments; Discrete structural analysis (AED) was used as a methodology and phenomenological epistemology as a type of research, combining qualitative and quantitative tools (interviews with actors and surveys with 103 producers). The results are processed from the InfoStat software through multivariate analysis: Principal Component Analysis (PCA) combined with a cluster. The analysis of the variables of the organizational environment has increased. The ACP obtained two eigenvalues (CP1: Technological Innovation and CP2: Relationship with the buyer) that explains 63% of the total variability, being the variables of more weight perceived by the producers the technological improvements and in the measure to regulate the conformity with the price and the frequency. We identified 3 groups of producers that were published in a positive correlation with the distance to Yurimaguas and the type of response for the different variables. With the Porter diamond it is identified that the SAG has a gpredominance of competitive disadvantages and limitations in the production systems and in the SWOT the strengths over the geographical location stand out.
