Planteamiento de un conjunto habitacional en zona inundable aplicando nuevas tecnologías, en la ciudad de Yurimaguas

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar una Propuesta de un Conjunto Habitacional en Zona Inundable aplicando nuevas tecnologías, en la ciudad de Yurimaguas. El predio está a orillas de la quebrada Yanayacu, quien es el principal protagonista donde se genera el problema central de esta tesis; que cada año el Sector “Las Américas” sufre una aguda crisis de inundaciones, y las viviendas existentes en el lugar están en riesgo permanente. Por tal motivo, se ha optado por buscar una solución puntual y concisa, que consiste en la Propuesta de un Conjunto Habitacional en Zona Inundable aplicando nuevas tecnologías. Dicha tecnología está orientado a la utilización de nuevos Materiales en el proceso constructivo; y será un proyecto que contemple viviendas prototipo para las similares zonas propensas a inundaciones en cualquier parte del País. La propuesta Arquitectónica consta del diseño de 7 Torres multifamiliares y 88 viviendas unifamiliares con 3 modelos diferentes, planificadas para el segmento socio-económico medio, donde la inversión será desarrollada por Fondos Privados. El conjunto además posee áreas de recreación pasiva y activa, eje con atractivo turístico, espacios públicos adecuados para sus habitantes y conservando el paisaje natural. Se ha considerado muchos aspectos arquitectónicos y urbanísticos que se mencionan en este proyecto, y su desarrollo es tal como se especifica y anexa en el presente trabajo de investigación

The purpose of this research is to develop a proposal about Housing Set design in a Flood Zone by using new technologies, in Yurimaguas city. The property is along the Yanayacu ravine , which is the main protagonist to this research. Each year “Las Americas ”neightboorhood suffers floods and the buildings stay in danger as well as. For that reason we have chosen to find a timely and concise solution, which consists of the Proposal of a Housing Set in Flood Zone applying new technologies.This technology is oriented to the use of new Materials to use in the building process; And it will be a project to show role model houses for some place of our country where we find the similar flood zones. The Architectural proposal consists of the design of 7 multi-family towers and 88 single-family homes with 3 different models, they will be accesible for the middle class people. This Project will be financed by a private investment.On the other hand, the Housing Set design has active and passive recreation áreas, Axes with tourist attractions, Suitable public spaces for its inhabitants and preserving the natural landscape. It has been considered lots of architectural and urban aspects that are mentioned in this project, and its development is as specified and annexed in this research work
