Metodología para desarrollar proyectos de viviendas de calidad, para la población de la clase media del distrito de Morales-San Martín

Abstract

La investigación se plasma en un texto que contiene detalles estadísticos, información documentada, gráficas y su contenido se detalla en los siguientes capítulos: Capítulo I: El Problema de la Investigación, Se realizó el planteamiento del problema mismo que se lo contextualizó desde una revisión macro, hasta la parte micro motivo básico de esta investigación. Se hizo un análisis crítico, con el cual a través de una prognosis se llega a formular el problema con sus debidas interrogantes. Capítulo II: Marco Teóríco, Se indagó sobre antecedentes con respecto al tema de investigación, y se condujo la misma con fundamentación legal. Se determinó las variables del trabajo de investigación que nos llevó a tener una visión dialéctica desglosando los conceptos involucrados en estas variables, y planteando una hipótesis respecto a que la metodología para desarrollar proyectos de vivienda de calidad, permitirá generar nuevas propuestas para satisfacer esta necesidad de la clase media del Distrito de Morales – San Martín. Capítulo III: Metodología, Se realizó un enfoque cualicuantitativo, realizando investigaciones bibliográficas, y de campo, empleando técnicas de entrevistas y encuestas. Capítulo IV: Análisis e interpretación de los resultados, Se analizó e interpretó los resultados de la investigación, utilizando gráficos, diagramas y porcentajes que permitieron obtener conclusiones y recomendaciones. Capítulo V: Resultados y Discusión, De los resultados obtenidos se planteó una propuesta enmarcada en el programa y línea de investigación Estrategia de Tecnología y Comunicación (TIC) y Sistemas Constructivos Convencionales Para el Desarrollo Sostenible, justificando la misma, fijando objetivos, fundamentándola debidamente, obteniendo un modelo operativo que facilitará la generación de nuevas propuestas de vivienda que van a satisfacer la necesidad de la población de clase media del Distrito de Morales – San Martín. Como resultado final de esta investigación se obtuvo una metodología que facilita el desarrollo de estos proyectos, la realidad socioeconómica de la población de clase media del Distrito de Morales, y los sitios más adecuados para la realización de proyectos de vivienda de calidad.

A critical analysis was made, with which through a prognosis one gets to formulate the problem with its due questions. Chapter II: Marco Teóríco, We inquired about the background with respect to the research topic, and it was based on legal grounds. We determined the variables of the research work that led us to have a dialectical vision by breaking down the concepts involved in these variables, and proposing a hypothesis that the methodology for developing quality housing projects will generate new proposals to satisfy this need of the middle class of the District of Morales - San Martín. Chapter III: Methodology. A qualitative and quantitative approach was carried out, carrying out bibliographical and field research, using interview and survey techniques. Chapter IV: Analysis and interpretation of the results. The results of the research were analyzed and interpreted, using graphs, diagrams and percentages that allowed obtaining conclusions and recommendations. Chapter V: Results and Discussion, From the results obtained a proposal framed in the program and line of research Strategy of Technology and Communication (ICT) and Conventional Systems for Sustainable Development, justifying the same, setting objectives , properly founded, obtaining an operational model that will facilitate the generation of new housing proposals that will satisfy the needs of the middle class population of the District of Morales - San Martín. As a final result of this research, a methodology was obtained that facilitates the development of these projects, the socioeconomic reality of the middle class population of the Morales District, and the most suitable sites for the realization of quality housing projects.
