With the objective of evaluating the efficiency of the synchronization of estrus and ovulations in heifers for meat and milk under extensive grazing conditions in the San Martín region of the Bajo Mayo area, a trial was conducted with five treatments in four farms and in nine consecutive months. Only heifers with cyclic activity were used, with body condition equal to or greater than 3.5 (scale of 1 to 5). The treatments were: for the treatment one (1) was used on day zero the CIDR + 0.8 ml of estradiol benzoate, on day 7 PgF2alpha was applied at the dose of 5 ml. Then, on day 8, 0.4 ml of estradiol benzoate was applied, 30 hours later the IATF was performed. For treatment two (2), 5 ml of the hormone GnRH was used as Buseralina acetate on day zero, on day 7 5 ml of PgF2 alpha was applied, on day 9 2.5 ml of GNRH, 24 hours after the IATF was carried out. For treatment 3, the Crestar was used as a hormonal implant on the back of the cattle's ear on day zero, it was removed on day 7 to then apply 5 ml of PgF2alpha, on day 8 0.4 ml of Benzoate was applied of estradiol, 30 hours later the IATF was performed. For treatment 4, Prostaglandin F2 alpha was used in a single dose of 5 ml, after evaluation of the presence of a corpus luteum at transrectal examination in the experimental animals. All the animals were subjected to grazing, control group and treatment groups. The experimental bovines were subjected to the diagnostic control of ovarian cyclicity free of reproductive pathologies. The studies of the present work were carried out in farms and institutes: (1) Risso the Yacucatina town center, (2) Manosalva - Trunk Town Center of the Cuñumbuque district, (3) National Institute of Agrarian Research (INIA) - Experimental Station el Future of the district of Juan Guerra; during the months of May to December 2014. The results were subjected to statistical calculations using the analysis of variance to determine if there is a significant difference between the treatments. There were no significant differences in the pregnancy percentages (PP) between the Duncan Alpha test protocols studied: = 0.05 where (p> 0.05). The five protocols were efficient but the protocols with IATF proved to be more effective in achieving a higher percentage of pregnancy. Although there were differences between farms, the months effect was more important due to differences in climate, rainfall and consequently fodder supply.
