La comunicación interna y su influencia en el clima laboral de los colaboradores del departamento de cirugía del hospital Essalud, periodo 2018

Abstract

La Tesis titulada “La comunicación interna y su influencia en el clima laboral de los colaboradores del departamento de cirugía del hospital Essalud, periodo 2018”, se ha desarrollado con el objetivo general de determinar la influencia entre la comunicación interna en el clima laboral de los colaboradores del departamento de cirugía del hospital Essalud, periodo 2018, la presente investigación es de importancia pertinente ya que los resultados de la presente investigación, servirán para conocer e identificar la comunicación interna para luego realizar la comparación necesaria con el clima laboral, dichos resultados contribuirá a dar soluciones a los diferentes problemas que se plantea. La hipótesis fue: Hi: Existe una influencia positiva de la comunicación interna en el clima laboral de los colaboradores del departamento de cirugía del hospital Essalud, periodo 2018, la metodología que se desarrollo fue no experimental, el tipo de investigación que se aplicó en el ámbito de investigación fue aplicada, el nivel de la investigación fue descriptiva- correlacional obteniendo como conclusión principal que existe una influencia positiva de la comunicación interna en el clima laboral de los colaboradores del departamento de cirugía del hospital Es salud, periodo 2018.

The following thesis titled as "Internal communication and its influence on the labor environment of the collaborators of the surgery department of Essalud hospital, period 2018", has been developed with the general objective of determining the influence between internal communication in the labor environment of the surgery department collaborators of the Essalud hospital, period 2018, the following investigation is of relevant importance since its results will serve to know and identify the internal communication to then make the necessary comparison with the labor environment, said results will contribute to give solutions to the different problems that arise. The hypothesis was: Hi: There is a positive influence of the internal communication in the labor environment of the surgery department collaborators of the Essalud hospital, period 2018, the methodology that was developed was not experimental, the type of research that was applied in the Research field was applied, the level of the research was descriptive-correlational. Obtaining as a main conclusion that there is a positive influence of internal communication in the labor environment of the surgery department employees of the hospital, Salud, period 2018.
