Residencia de la obra: mejoramiento, fortalecimiento en la institución educativa n° 0154 Nuevo Egipto, distrito de San Hilarión, provincia de Picota, región San Martín

Abstract

El principal problema que en las zonas rurales y de condiciones económicas bajas es el deficiente servicio educativo, motivo por el cual, la dirección y la APAFA desde Enero del 2018 han venido gestionando apoyo para la solución de dicho problema; a través del presupuesto participativo 2019 se priorizo la ejecución de este proyecto y así gestionar la asignación de recursos económicos a través del gobierno local, regional y otras instituciones cooperantes para su ejecución, teniendo como objetivo final mejorar la calidad educativa y la oferta de mejores servicios educativos al alumnado que conlleve a elevar el nivel de vida de la población en su conjunto. El presente informe titulado: Residencia de la obra: Mejoramiento, fortalecimiento en la institución educativa n° 0154 Nuevo Egipto, distrito de San Hilarión, provincia de Picota, región San Martín, recopila información útil así como también aplica las funciones y responsabilidades del residente de obra, en la planificación, organización, y dirección de la obra . El informe que presentamos a continuación se hizo a partir de la recopilación de datos: Del expediente técnico de la obra, cuyos resultados se enmarcan en las funciones y responsabilidades del residente técnico. En la etapa de planificación se ha desarrollado el análisis del presupuesto de la obra, sectorización de la obra, elaboración de la programación de la obra, calendario valorizado; en la etapa de la organización de la obra se esquematizo en un organigrama donde se resuma la propuesta para este proyecto y en cuanto a la dirección del proyecto se definió las actividades u obligaciones del residente de obra, durante la ejecución de la misma, así como también el control económico a través del lookahead, ppc y valorizaciones de obra. Todas estas etapas para el desarrollo de proyecto se realizaron teniendo en cuenta el plazo contractual de la obra a ejecutar. Se ha utilizado varios programas de cómputo para desarrollar el presente informe de ingeniería y cumplir con las funciones y responsabilidades del residente de obra.

In the planning stage the analysis of the budget of the work has been developed, sectorization of the work, preparation of the programming of the work, valued calendar; at the stage of the organization of the work, it was outlined in an organizational chart where the proposal for this project is summarized and in terms of the direction of the project the activities or obligations of the work resident were defined, during the execution of the project, as well as also the economic control through the lookahead, ppc and work valuations. All these stages for the development of the project were carried out taking into account the contractual term of the work to be executed. Several computer programs have been used to develop this engineering report and fulfill the duties and responsibilities of the work resident.
