Conocimientos y actitudes sobre la composición de loncheras saludables en madres de pre escolares de la Institución Educativa Inicial Pública de Gestión Privada N°1137 PNP Milagroso Divino Niño De Jesús Morales. Abril – agosto 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en la Institución Educativa Inicial Pública de Gestión Privada N°1137 PNP Milagroso Divino Niño Jesús – Morales, con el objetivo de determinar el nivel de conocimientos y actitudes sobre la composición de loncheras saludables en madres de niños pre escolares. Para esto, se realizó un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo y descriptivo. El diseño de investigación es relacional con variable 01 (Nivel de conocimiento) y variable 02 (Actitudes); se estudió a 51 madres que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Asimismo, se utilizó como técnica la entrevista y como instrumento una encuesta. Los resultados obtenidos son que 16% (8) madres tienen un nivel de conocimiento deficiente y actitud negativa, 45% (23) madres tienen conocimiento regular y actitud negativa, y solo 12% (6) madres tienen conocimiento bueno y actitud negativa, asimismo 6% (3) madres tienen un nivel de conocimiento deficiente y actitud positiva, 18% (9) madres tienen conocimiento regular y actitud positiva, y solo 4% (2) madres tienen conocimiento bueno y actitud positiva. Se concluye que no existe una relación significativa de dependencia entre el nivel de conocimiento y la actitud de las madres frente a la composición de loncheras saludables.

This research work was carried out at the Public Initial Private Education Educational Institution No. 1137 PNP Miraculous Divine Child Jesus - Morales, with the objective of determining the level of knowledge and attitudes about the composition of healthy lunch boxes in mothers of preschool children. For this, a quantitative and descriptive approach study was carried out. The research design is relational with variable 01 (Level of knowledge) and variable 02 (Attitudes); 51 mothers who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were studied. Likewise, the interview was used as a technique and as a survey instrument. The results obtained are that 16% (8) mothers have a poor level of knowledge and negative attitude, 45% (23) mothers have regular knowledge and negative attitude, and only 12% (6) mothers have good knowledge and negative attitude, likewise 6% (3) mothers have a poor level of knowledge and positive attitude, 18% (9) mothers have regular knowledge and positive attitude, and only 4% (2) mothers have good knowledge and positive attitude. It is concluded that there is no significant relationship of dependence between the level of knowledge and the attitude of mothers towards the composition of healthy lunchboxes.
