Características clínicas y epidemiológicas del recién nacido con bajo peso al nacer en el servicio de Neonatología del Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas. Periodo 2015 - 2018

Abstract

El estudio de Características Clínicas y Epidemiológicas del Recién Nacido con Bajo Peso al Nacer en el servicio de Neonatología del Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas en el Periodo 2015 al 2018, tuvo como objetivo determinar las características clínicas y epidemiológicas del recién nacido con bajo peso al nacer en el servicio de neonatología del Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas. Periodo 2015-2018, el tipo de investigación utilizado fue no experimental, cuantitativo descriptivo de corte transversal, la población y muestra que se utilizó fue 101 de casos de RNBPN. La técnica seleccionada para esta investigación fue la encuesta y como instrumento se usó el cuestionario. Se obtuvo como Resultados, que la edad materna predomina el rango de 15 a 35 años con un 52%, seguido de >35 años con un 32% y < 15 años un 16%. En relación a su estado civil son convivientes un 84%, Soltera un 10% y casada solo un 6%. Sobre el grado de instrucción tienen educación secundaria un 42%, educación primaria un 37%, educación superior universitaria un 10%, educación no universitaria 5% y existe un 6% que declaro ser analfabeta, sobre hábitos nocivos un 82% declara no tenerlos, mientras que un 18% refiere que sí. La paridad un 45% es Primípara, Segundipara un 42%, multípara un 10%, y gran multípara un 3%, sobre antecedentes de bajo peso al nacer un 30% refiere que sí, y un 70% refiere que no. El nro. de atenciones prenatales existe casos que con < 6 controles un 52%, con >= 6 controles un 38%, sobre los antecedentes obstétricos, presentan Infección Urinaria un 57%, Anemia un 30%, Diabetes Gestacional un 5%, Oligoamnios un 4%, RPM > 18 horas un 3%, y Corioamnionitis un 1%.En los Antecedentes Natales existe en el Peso al Nacer un 90% peso < 2,500 gramos, un 10%, peso < 1,000 gramos. En la Edad Gestacional, existe un 74% de <37 semanas, un 25% de < 32 sem, y < 28 sem un 1%. El Tipo de Gestación fue Única en un 96%, y Gemelar en un 4%. El Tipo de Parto fue Vaginal en un 61% y Cesárea en un 39%

According to the educational level, they had secondary education 42%, primary education 37%, and university higher education 10%, non-university education 5%, and there was a 6%, who declared to be illiterate. Regarding harmful habits, 82% declared not to have them, while 18% said yes. The parity is 45% Primiparous, Segundipara 42%, multiparous 10%, and large multiparous 3%, a history of low birth-weight 30% said yes, and 70% said no. The number of prenatal care presented cases with <6 controls 52%, with> = 6 controls 38%, on obstetric history, had Urinary Infection 57%, Anemia 30%, Gestational Diabetes 5%, Oligoamnios 4% , RPM> 18 hours 3%, and Chorioamnionitis 1%. In the Birth Record, there was 90% of birth-weight <2,500 grams, 10% of weight <1,000 grams. In the Gestational Age, there was 74% of <37 weeks, 25% of <32 weeks, and <28 weeks 1%. The Type of Gestation was Unique in 96%, and Twin in 4%. The percentage of Birth Type was Vaginal (61%) and Cesarean (39%).
