Abstract: La investigación sobre las principales características clínicas y epidemiológicas de distopía genital en pacientes de 46-55 años atendidas en el servicio de Gineco-Obstetricia del Hospital - II – 2 Tarapoto, periodo julio 2017 – junio 2018, tuvo como objetivo Conocer las principales características clínicas y epidemiológicas de distopía genital en pacientes de 46 a 55 años en el servicio de Gineco-Obstetricia del Hospital - II – 2 Tarapoto durante el periodo julio 2017 – junio 2018, el tipo de investigación utilizado fue no experimental, cuantitativo descriptivo de corte transversal, la población y muestra que fue 50 casos. La técnica seleccionada para esta investigación fue la encuesta y como instrumento se usó el cuestionario. Se obtuvo como Resultados, que el grupo etario, en las pacientes con distopia genital, para el rango de 50 a 55 años existe un 69% (33), mientras que de 46 a 49 años existe un 31% (17), y en pacientes sin distopia genital en el grupo etareo de 46 a 49 años existe un 100% (2) (p<0,000). En cuanto al grado de instrucción en pacientes con distopia genital tienen educación primaria en un 50% (24), y en pacientes sin distopia genital es analfabeta en un 100% (2) (p<0,001). Con respecto a los antecedentes presentados en pacientes con distopia genital, es multípara en un 40% (19), con intervenciones quirúrgicas pélvicas en un 35% (17), mientras que, en las pacientes sin distopia genital, presenta multiparidad en un 50% (1), y con intervenciones quirúrgicas pélvicas un 50% (1), (p=0,05). El cuadro clínico presentado en las pacientes con distopia genital fue incontinencia en un 79% (38), con disfunción sexual un 13% (6), mientras que, en pacientes sin distopia genital, un 100% (2) presento incontinencia. (p=0,05). La Incidencia de Distopía Genital en Pacientes de 46-55 años en el Servicio de Gineco-Obstetricia del Hospital II – 2 Tarapoto en el Periodo de Julio 2017 a Junio 2018, en el año 2017 los casos en pacientes sin distopia genital es mayor en el mes de diciembre en un 100% (1), y en pacientes con distopia genital es mayor en el mes de octubre en un 23% (5), mientras que en el año 2018 para los pacientes sin distopia genital es mayor en el mes de mayo en un 100% (1) y para pacientes con distopia genital es mayor en el mes de abril en un 23% (5)
This research of the main clinical and epidemiological characteristics of genital dystopia in patients aged 46-55 years, treated in the Gynecology-Obstetrics service of the Hospital – II – 2 Tarapoto, in the period July 2017 - June 2018, aimed at knowing the main clinical characteristics and epidemiological genital dystopia in patients aged 46-55 years in the Gynecology-Obstetrics service of Hospital - II - 2 Tarapoto, during the period July 2017 - June 2018. The type of research was non-experimental, quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional. The population and sample was non-random and consisted of 50 cases. The selected technique for this research was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The results showed that the age group, in patients with genital dystopia for the range between 50 and 55 years, is presented in 69% (33), while from 46 to 49 years in 31% (17), and in Patients without genital dystopia in the age group from 46 to 49 years old are 100% (2) (p <0.000). Regarding the educational level in patients with genital dystopia, 50% (24) of them have primary education, and in patients without genital dystopia, 100% of them are illiterate (2) (p <0.001). With respect to the clinical history presented in patients with genital dystopia, it is multiparous in 40% (19), with pelvic surgery in 35% (17), while in patients without genital dystopia, it presents multiparity in 50% (1), and with pelvic surgery 50% (1), (p = 0.05). The clinical conditions presented in patients with genital dystopia was incontinence in 79% (38), sexual dysfunction 13% (6), while in patients without genital dystopia, 100% (2) presented incontinence. (p = 0.05). The Incidence of Genital Dystopia in Patients 46-55 years in the Gynecology-Obstetrics Service of Hospital - II - 2 Tarapoto, in the Period from July 2017 to June 2018, presented a higher percentage of patients without genital dystopia in the month of December by 100% (1), and patients with genital dystopia in the month of October by 23% (5) in 2017. However, in 2018, the percentages of patients without genital dystopia is higher in the month of May by 100% (1) and for patients with genital dystopia in April by 23% (5)
