Compromiso laboral y su relación con la productividad de los trabajadores en la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito Maynas, Tarapoto, primer semestre 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación “Compromiso laboral y su relación con la productividad de los trabajadores en la caja municipal de ahorro y crédito Maynas, ciudad de Tarapoto, primer semestre 2019, tiene como objetivo general Determinar la relación entre el compromiso laboral y la productividad de los trabajadores en la caja Municipal de ahorro y crédito Maynas, ciudad de Tarapoto, primer semestre 2019, se tuvo una población de 60 trabajadores y una muestra de 60 trabajadores de la caja de crédito Maynas, ciudad de Tarapoto, primer semestre 2019, se aplicaron las encuestas formuladas de acuerdo a los indicadores de cada variable, el diseño de investigación es correlacional. Se recolecto datos de la muestra para que posteriormente se puedan procesar los resultados recolectados en la investigación, se utilizó el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman para el cálculo de la correlación, obteniendo de esta manera los resultados de acuerdo a los objetivos; teniendo como resultados que el valor “r” (Coeficiente correlacional=0.773), por ende se acepta la Hi: Sí existe relación directa entre el compromiso laboral y la productividad de los trabajadores en la caja Municipal de ahorro y crédito Maynas, ciudad de Tarapoto, primer semestre 2019

Sample data was collected so that later the results collected in the investigation can be processed, Spearman's correlation coefficient was used to calculate the correlation, thus obtaining the results according to the objectives; having as a result that the value “r” (Correlational coefficient = 0.773), therefore the Hi is accepted: Yes there is a direct relationship between the labor commitment and the productivity of the workers in the Municipal savings and credit fund Maynas, city of Tarapoto , First Semester 2019.
