El trabajo infantil y la vulneración al Principio del Interés Superior del Niño en el mercado del barrio Huayco de la ciudad de Tarapoto - Año 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo propuso como objetivo determinar la relación del Trabajo Infantil y la vulneración al Principio del Interés Superior del Niño, en el Mercado del Barrio Huayco de la ciudad de Tarapoto - Año 2019. El tipo de investigación es básica - cuantitativa, con diseño no experimental - correlacional, se consideró como población y muestra a 20 niños y niñas, y se aplicó dos cuestionarios. Luego del procesamiento de datos se obtuvo como resultado que, el Trabajo Infantil en el Mercado del Barrio Huayco de la ciudad de Tarapoto - Año 2019, es prevalentemente percibido como medio en un 55%, y el Principio del Interés Superior del Niño en el Mercado del Barrio Huayco de la ciudad de Tarapoto - Año 2019, es vulnerado de manera media en un 65%. De este modo se llegó a concluir que, la relación del Trabajo Infantil y la vulneración al Principio del Interés Superior del Niño, en el Mercado del Barrio Huayco de la ciudad de Tarapoto - Año 2019, es directa y significativa, pues el valor alfa presenta un valor inferior a los parámetros establecidos (p<0.05, r =725), debido a que a medida que el Trabajo Infantil pueda ser más recurrente, la vulneración al Principio del Interés Superior del Niño se vuelve latente en una sociedad que orienta la capacidad de desarrollo a la desobediencia del marco normativo.

The objective of this work is to determine the relationship between child labor and the violation of the principle of the Best Interests of the Child in the market of Barrio Huayco in the city of Tarapoto - 2019. The type of research is basic - quantitative, with non-experimental correlational design , a population and sample of 20 children was considered, and two questionnaires were applied. After processing the data, the obtained result was that the Child Labor in the Market of the Huayco Neighborhood of the city of Tarapoto - Year 2019, is prevalently perceived as means in 55%, and the Principle of the Superior Interest of the Child in the Market of the Huayco Neighborhood of the city of Tarapoto - Year 2019, is violated in an average way of 65%. Thus, it was concluded that the relationship between child labor and the violation of the Principle of the Best Interest of the Child in the market of Barrio Huayco in the city of Tarapoto - year 2019, is direct and significant, because the alpha value presents a lower value than the established parameters (p<0. 05, r =725), due to the fact that as Child Labor may be more recurrent; the violation of the Principle of the Superior Interest of the Child becomes latent in a society that orients the capacity of development to the disobedience of the normative framework.
