La gestión turística municipal y su influencia en el desarrollo local del distrito de Sauce, 2018

Abstract

La presente investigación: La gestión turística municipal y en el desarrollo local del distrito de Sauce, 2018, tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia de la gestión turística municipal en el desarrollo local del distrito de Sauce, periodo 2018, para el cual se empleó el tipo de investigación aplicada descriptiva, de nivel correlacional cuyo diseño de la investigación fue no experimental de corte transversal, donde se tomó una población de 30 colaboradores de la municipalidad; no se utilizó el criterio de exclusión ni inclusión ya que la población es pequeña y todos los colaboradores se comprometieron con la investigación, a los cuales se formularon las encuestas tanto para la gestión turística municipal como para el desarrollo local, para analizar de manera confiable se empleó el coeficiente de correlación (Rho de Spearman) para el cálculo de la correlación, nos brindó un coeficiente de 0.766 y contrastada por la hipótesis de investigación elegida a partir del cálculo de la significancia (bilateral), de 0,000. Confirmando la hipótesis, la relación entre la gestión turística municipal es muy buena con el desarrollo local del distrito de Sauce, periodo 2018. Para el caso del segundo objetivo también se aplica la Rho de Spearman obteniendo los siguientes datos la relación entre las dimensiones de planeación y la dimensión de política del distrito de Sauce. Mediante el análisis estadístico Rho de Spearman se obtuvo el coeficiente de .767 (buena correlación) y un p-valor igual a 0.000 (p-valor <0.05), contrastada por la hipótesis de investigación elegida a partir del cálculo de la significancia (bilateral), de 0,000. La última correlación no dio como resultado que la relación entre la dimensión organización es muy buena con la dimensión económica del distrito de Sauce, periodo 2018.

The present research: "Municipal tourism management in the local development of the district of Sauce, 2018", had as general objective to determine the influence of municipal tourism management in the local development of the district of Sauce, period 2018, for which the type of descriptive applied research was used, correlational level whose research design was non-experimental cross-sectional and where a population of 30 collaborators of the municipality was selected. No exclusion or inclusion criteria were used since the population is small and all the collaborators were committed to the research, to whom the surveys were formulated for both municipal tourism management and local development. To analyze in a reliable manner, the correlation coefficient (Spearman's Rho) was used to calculate the correlation, showing a coefficient of 0.766 and contrasted by the research hypothesis chosen from the calculation of the significance (bilateral), of 0.000. The hypothesis is confirmed, whoch means that the relationship between the municipal tourism management and the local development of the district of Sauce, period 2018 is very good. For the case of the second objective, Spearman's Rho is also applied obtaining the following data the relationship between the planning dimensions and the policy dimension of the district of Sauce. Through the Spearman's Rho statistical analysis the coefficient of 0.767 was obtained (good correlation) and a p-value equal to 0.000 (p-value <0.05), contrasted by the research hypothesis chosen from the calculation of significance (bilateral), of 0.000. The last correlation showed that the relationship between the organizational dimension and the economic dimension of the district of Sauce, period 2018, is very good.
