Abstract: El presente trabajo de investigación denominado “Régimen Mype tributario y su relación con las micro empresas en el sector textil, de la ciudad de Tarapoto, 2018”, en el cual se planteó como objetivo Establecer la relación entre el régimen MYPE Tributario con las micro empresas del sector textil, de la ciudad de Tarapoto, año 2018, que con el apoyo de sus objetivos específicos se logró dicho fin, se utilizó un tipo de investigación básica, el nivel de investigación fue descriptivo, así el diseño fue no experimental. Se tomó como instrumento el cuestionario para conocer la percepción de los individuos encuestados permitió analizar la información, el cuestionario para la variable Régimen Tributario estará conformada por 18 ítems comprendidos entre las dimensiones: Acogimiento al régimen, personas comprendidas en el régimen y los beneficios. El cuestionario para la variable micro empresa estará conformado por 12 ítems distribuidas en dos dimensiones: Forma de organización y actividad económica. Llegando a la conclusión que al establecer la relación que existe entre el régimen Mype tributario con las micro empresas del sector textil, de la ciudad de Tarapoto, se pudo constatar que se acepta la hipótesis positiva, debido a que al aplicar el método estadístico de la correlación de Pearson, ambas variables se muestra con una relación significativa, y al mismo tiempo el coeficiente determinante es de 48.02%, lo cual indica que mientras mayor sea el conocimiento de las micro empresas sobre el régimen Mype Tributario mejor será el acogimiento a este régimen.
The present research work entitled "Tax MYPE regime and its relationship with micro enterprises in the textile sector, in the city of Tarapoto, 2018", whose objective was to establish the relationship between the tax MYPE regime with micro enterprises in the textile sector, in the city of Tarapoto, 2018, which was supported by its specific objectives. A basic type of research was used, the level of research was descriptive, so the design was non-experimental. A questionnaire was used as an instrument to know the perception of the surveyed persons and to analyze the information, the questionnaire for the Tax Regime variable will be made up of 18 items comprised among the dimensions: Acceptance to the regime, persons included in the regime and benefits. The questionnaire for the microenterprise variable will consist of 12 items distributed in two dimensions: Form of organization and economic activity. The conclusion was that when establishing the relationship between the Mype tax regime and the micro enterprises of the textile sector in the city of Tarapoto, it was possible to confirm that the positive hypothesis was accepted, because when using the Pearson correlation statistical method, both variables show a significant relationship, and moreover, the determinant coefficient is 48.02%, which indicates that the greater the knowledge of the micro enterprises about the Mype tax regime, the better the acceptance of this regime will be.
