La incidencia del contrato de maternidad subrogada en los derechos reproductivos de las parejas en el distrito de Tarapoto, 2019

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada la incidencia del contrato de maternidad subrogada en los Derechos reproductivos de las parejas en el distrito de Tarapoto, 2019, tuvo como objetivo general: determinar la incidencia del contrato de maternidad subrogada en los Derechos reproductivos de las parejas; es de tipo aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, nivel descriptivo-correlacional. La hipótesis de la investigación fue: la incidencia del contrato de maternidad subrogada en los Derechos reproductivos de las parejas en el distrito de Tarapoto, 2019, puede ser admitida a través del método reproductivo; diseño de investigación no experimental, teniendo como población para el desarrollo de la presente investigación a 30 personas profesionales en el campo del derecho, por lo que el muestreo fue no probabilístico y el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario; concluyendo con el estadístico de correlación RHO de Spearman al 0,945, y un p-valor de 0,000, menor a 0,05, con lo cual se rechaza la hipótesis nula y se afirma que existe relación significativa entre las variables de incidencia de contrato y derechos reproductivos, el cual se interpreta, que a mayor incidencia del contrato será mejor en los derechos reproductivos de las parejas en el distrito de Tarapoto, 2019.

The present research entitled " The incidence of the surrogacy contract on the reproductive rights of couples in the district of Tarapoto, 2019", had as general objective: to determine the incidence of the surrogacy contract on the reproductive rights of couples; it is an applied research, with a quantitative approach, descriptive-correlational level. The hypothesis of the research was: the incidence of the surrogacy contract on the reproductive rights of couples in the district of Tarapoto, 2019, can be admitted through the reproductive method; the design was non-experimental, having as population 30 professionals in the field of law, so the sampling was non-probabilistic and the instrument used was the questionnaire. Through Spearman's RHO correlation statistic of 0.945, and a p-value of 0.000, less than 0.05, it is concluded that the null hypothesis is rejected and it is affirmed that there is a significant relationship between the variables of contract incidence and reproductive rights, which is interpreted that the higher the incidence of the contract, the better the reproductive rights of couples in the district of Tarapoto, 2019.
