Gestión de almacén y su influencia en el cumplimiento de metas en la empresa F&P Constructora ENALTA S.A.C., periodo 2019

Abstract

La investigación titulada “Gestión de almacén y su influencia en el cumplimiento de metas en la empresa F&P Constructora Enalta S.A.C., periodo 2019”, tuvo como objetivo general determinar la influencia de la gestión de almacén en el cumplimiento de metas en la empresa F&P constructora Enalta S.A.C., periodo 2019. El tipo de estudio fue aplicada; el diseño de la investigación es no experimental: asimismo la investigación contó con una muestra de estudio de 110 colaboradores de la empresa, las cuales se utilizaron como recolección de datos a encuestas para ambas variables, que fueron aplicados a lo que estipula la muestra. Donde se llegó así la siguiente conclusión, con respecto al objetivo general que para medir la influencia positiva y significativa entre la variable gestión de almacén y la variable cumplimiento de metas, se procedió a realizar la prueba de correlación de Pearson, dando como resultado un valor de significancia de 0.795, esto demuestra la aceptación de la hipótesis planteada. Al determinar la influencia positiva y significativa entre la recepción de mercaderías en el cumplimiento de metas, vemos que el valor de significancia es de 0.635, esto demuestra la aceptación de la hipótesis específica 1, al establecer la influencia del almacenamiento de mercaderías en el cumplimiento de metas, vemos que el valor de significancia es de 0.721, lo cual demuestra la aceptación de la hipótesis especifica 2, Por último, al conocer la influencia positiva y significativa de la distribución de mercaderías en el cumplimiento de metas con un valor de significancia de 0.532, podemos concluir que se acepta la hipótesis especifica.

Finally, knowing the positive and significant influence of the distribution of merchandise on the fulfillment of goals with a significance value of 0.532, it can be concluded that the specific hypothesis is accepted.
