Incidencia del nivel de conocimiento de la Ley REMYPE en la formalización de las pequeñas empresas de la ciudad de Rioja, periodo 2017.

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como propósito establecer la incidencia del nivel de conocimiento de la ley REMYPE en la formalización de las pequeñas empresas de la ciudad de Rioja, periodo 2017. Para ello la investigación que se desarrolló fue de tipo aplicada, con un nivel descriptivo, correlacional-causal y un diseño correlacional. Además, contó con una población total de 23 bodegas, 7 tiendas de ropas, 4 empresas panaderas y 6 restaurantes. Su muestra fue de 40 empresas de la ciudad de Rioja, de las cuales no están formalizadas. La técnica que se aplicó fue el Test de conocimiento y como instrumento el examen de actitud, para la primera variable; también se aplicó encuesta y como instrumento un cuestionario para la segunda variable. Esto arrojó como resultados: un valor de Tau-b de Kendall de 0.231 y una significancia asintótica de 0,152. Por tanto, dado que la significancia es mayor a 0.005 se confirmó que no existe una relación significativa entre ambas variables objeto de estudio. Lo que permitió concluir que entre mayor sea el nivel de conocimiento de la ley REMYPE, mayor será el nivel de formalización de las empresas.

The purpose of this research was to establish the impact of the level of knowledge of the REMYPE law on the formalization of small businesses in the city of Rioja, period 2017. For this purpose, the research that was developed was of an applied type, with a descriptive, correlational-causal level and a correlational design. In addition, it had a total population of 23 stores, 7 clothing stores, 4 bakery companies and 6 restaurants. The sample consisted of 40 companies in the city of Rioja, some of which are not formalized. The technique applied was the knowledge test and the attitude test was used as an instrument for the first variable; a survey was also applied and a questionnaire was used as an instrument for the second variable. The results showed a Kendall's Tau-b value of 0.231 and an asymptotic significance of 0.152. Therefore, since the significance is greater than 0.005, it was confirmed that there is no significant relationship between the two variables under study. This led to the conclusion that the higher the level of knowledge of the REMYPE law, the higher the level of formalization of the enterprises.
