Diseño organizacional y su relación con la operatividad del instituto Vial Provincial El Dorado (IVP), periodo 2018

Abstract

El presente trabajo de informe final de investigación titulada, “Diseño organizacional y su relación con la operatividad del Instituto Vial Provincial El Dorado (IVP) periodo 2018”, tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar la relación que existe entre el diseño organizacional y la operatividad del Instituto Vial Provincial El Dorado (IVP) periodo 2018, para el estudio se identificó los siguientes objetivos específicos: Evaluar el diseño organizacional del Instituto Vial Provincial El Dorado (IVP) periodo 2018, Analizar la operatividad del Instituto Vial Provincial El Dorado (IVP) periodo 2018 y Medir la relación que existe entre el diseño organizacional y la operatividad del Instituto Vial Provincial El Dorado (IVP) periodo 2018. Estudio de investigación de tipo aplicada, con un nivel de investigación descriptivo - correlacional y diseño no experimental, donde se estudió la relación entre el diseño organizacional y la operatividad, para ello la población y la muestra estuvo conformada por de 12 colaboradores del Instituto Vial del Dorado, así mismo para la recolección de datos se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta e instrumentos como el cuestionario. Por consiguiente, luego del análisis se logró concluir que, existe una relación significativa entre el diseño organizacional y la operatividad del Instituto Vial Provincial El Dorado (IVP) periodo 2018, siendo considerable una correlación positiva entre la variable independiente y la variable dependiente.

The present final research report entitled: "Organizational design and its relationship with the operability of the El Dorado Provincial Road Institute (IVP) for the period 2018", had the following general objective: To determine the relationship between the organizational design and the operability of the El Dorado Provincial Road Institute (IVP) for the period 2018. The following specific objectives were identified for the study: to evaluate the organizational design of the El Dorado Provincial Road Institute (IVP) for the 2018 period, to analyze the operability of the El Dorado Provincial Road Institute (IVP) for the 2018 period, and to measure the relationship between the organizational design and the operability of the El Dorado Provincial Road Institute (IVP) for the 2018 period. This is an applied research study, with a descriptive-correlational research level and non-experimental design, where the relationship between organizational design and operability was studied. For this purpose, the population and the sample consisted of 12 employees of the El Dorado Road Institute; likewise, the survey technique and instruments such as the questionnaire were used for data collection. Consequently, based on the analysis, it was possible to conclude that there is a significant relationship between the organizational design and the operability of the El Dorado Provincial Road Institute (IVP) for the 2018 period, with a significant positive correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable.
