Gestión municipal y su relación en el cumplimento de metas en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Pablo – Bellavista, periodo 2020.

Abstract

La investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión municipal y el cumplimiento de metas en la Municipalidad Distrital de San Pablo – Bellavista, periodo 2020. El estudio es de tipo aplicada de nivel descriptivo – correlacional y diseño no experimental. La muestra está conformada por 17 funcionarios y el instrumento utilizado es el cuestionario. Los resultados son: El nivel de gestión municipal en la Municipalidad Distrital es medio en un 59% debido a que las actividades de planificación, seguimiento y evaluación no son llevadas a cabo con total eficiencia por los colaboradores, el índice del cumplimiento de metas en la municipalidad es medio en un 65% debido a que la meta 1 que corresponde a la ejecución presupuestal de inversiones del PIM y la meta dos que pertenece al fortalecimiento de la administración y gestión del impuesto predial no lograron cumplirse conforme lo establecido por el municipio, por consiguiente, existe relación entre las dimensiones planificación, seguimiento y evaluación de la gestión municipal en el cumplimiento de metas, porque la significancia obtenida es de 0.000 con un nivel de correlación de 0.904, 0.923 y 0.815. La conclusión es: Existe relación entre la gestión municipal y el cumplimiento de metas, debido a que la significancia bilateral es menor a 0.05, es decir 0.00, con un coeficiente de correlación fue 0.934, siendo este positivo alto con una influencia del 87%.

The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between municipal management and the fulfillment of goals at the District Municipality of San Pablo - Bellavista, period 2020. The study is a descriptive-correlational applied study with a non-experimental design. The sample is made up of 17 civil employees and the instrument used is the questionnaire. The results are as follows: The level of municipal management in the District Municipality is medium at 59% due to the fact that planning, monitoring and evaluation activities are not carried out with total efficiency by the collaborators, the index of goal fulfillment in the municipality is medium at 65% due to the fact that goal 1, which corresponds to the budgetary execution of investments of the MIP, and goal 2, which pertains to strengthening the administration and management of the property tax, were not achieved as established by the municipality. Consequently, there is a relationship between the dimensions planning, follow-up and evaluation of municipal management in the fulfillment of goals, because the significance obtained is 0. 000 with a correlation level of 0.904, 0.923 and 0.815. The conclusion is: There is a relationship between municipal management and goal achievement, because the bilateral significance is less than 0.05, i.e. 0.00, with a correlation coefficient was 0.934, being this high positive with an influence of 87%.
