Saneamiento de predios agropecuarios y títulos habilitantes a usuarios de las cuencas de Mishquiyacu y Ponaza - Picota región San Martin, 2021

Abstract

Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el saneamiento de predios agropecuarios y el otorgamiento de títulos habilitantes a usuarios de las cuencas de Mishquiyacu y Ponaza - Picota región San Martin, 2021. El estudio fue descriptivo - correlacional, de diseño no experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 25 posesionarios de predios de los caseríos Mishquiyacu y Ponaza que no están inscritos legalmente; la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta. Los resultados encontrados evidencian que existe un procedimiento inadecuado (64%) en materia de saneamiento de predios agropecuarios; y un porcentaje alto (72%) que sustentan el otorgamiento de títulos habilitantes. Se concluyó que no existe relación significativa entre el saneamiento de predios agropecuarios y el otorgamiento de títulos habilitantes a usuarios de las cuencas de Mishquiyacu y Ponaza - Picota región San Martin, 2021; hallándose una significancia (0,914>0,05) que por regla de decisión estadística a mayor margen de error existe un menor grado de trascendencia (p>0.05). Se planteó un modelo de propuesta para que se considere a los predios agropecuarios dentro de los sistemas agroforestales, para darles a los usuarios seguridad jurídica.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the legal curing of agricultural land and the granting of enabling titles to users of the Mishquiyacu and Ponaza - Picota watersheds in the San Martin region, 2021. The study was descriptive-correlational, with a non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 25 landowners in the Mishquiyacu and Ponaza hamlets who are not legally registered; the technique used was the survey. The results show that there is an inadequate procedure (64%) for the regulation of agricultural land, and a high percentage (72%) that support the granting of enabling titles. It was concluded that there is no significant relationship between the legal curing of agricultural land and the granting of enabling titles to users of the Mishquiyacu and Ponaza - Picota watersheds in the San Martin region, 2021; finding a significance (0.914>0.05) that by statistical decision rule, the higher the margin of error, the lower the degree of significance (p>0.05). A proposal model was proposed to consider agricultural properties within agroforestry systems, in order to give users legal security.
