| es_PE |

Its general objective is to determine the level of effectiveness of Law No. 31040 and its impact on the right to health as a result of price increases in drugstores in the district of Tarapoto, from August to December 2020, therefore, the specific objectives were to recognize the dimensions of Law No. 31040. A law that modifies the penal code and the consumer protection and defense code, with respect to hoarding, speculation and adulteration; and to recognize the dimensions of the right to health. The present research was applied, with correlational level and non-experimental design, the population consisted of 400 people among patients who had Covid-19, pharmacies, drugstores and institutions that are around the health care centers, so the sampling is probabilistic taking 80 people as a reference and the instrument used was the questionnaire. It is concluded that, with Pearson's correlation statistic at 0.719, and a p-value of 0.000, less than 0.05, the null hypothesis is rejected and it is affirmed that there is a relationship. This means that the level of effectiveness of Law No. 31040 has a high impact on the right to health as a result of the price increase in drugstores in the district of Tarapoto, between August and December 2020. | es_PE |
