Mejoras de la productividad en la ejecución del proyecto vial: Mejoramiento y Rehabilitación de la Ruta Departamental SM 106, Tramo: Chazuta- Curiyacu aplicando el modelo de gestión Lean Construction, en el departamento de San Martín

Abstract

El presente proyectohde tesis denominado: Mejoras de la productividad en la Ejecuciónhdel Proyecto Vial: Mejoramientohy Rehabilitación de la Ruta Departamental SM 106, Tramo: Chazutah- Curiyacu Aplicando el Modelo de Gestión Lean Construction, en el Departamento De San Martín, surge ante la necesidad de mejorar la productividad, para un proyecto vial ejecutada por una empresa mediana economía. Comparado con otros proyectos como edificaciones, puentes, entre otros (obras puntuales), este proyecto es lineal, donde se realizan las actividades a lo largo de toda su extensión, y requiere una atención logística especial, particularmente en el transporte. En el primer capítulo trata sobre los antecedentes referidos a la investigación, con una revisión bibliográfica, mencionando a estudios similares tanto a nivel internacional, nacional y local, situaciones que nos aclaran el panorama respecto al tema que viene desarrollándose. El segundohcapítulo abarca el Marco Teórico, en el cual la investigación se sustenta, referidos a la productividad y al modelo de gestión, con las pautas y recomendaciones a aplicarse, basados en un soporte científico. Siendo un modelo comprobado y aceptado por la academia del cual tiene sus particularidades en su aplicación, referido al lugar, tiempo, y condiciones y nivel de aprendizaje para cada situación. El capítulo Tercero, comprende sobre Materiales y Métodos, este capítulo indica los materiales utilizados y el método empleado, además el procedimiento seguido en la investigación, ajustándose rigurosamente al método científico, a fin de tomar los datos con minuciosidad, veracidad y el conjunto de factores que intervienen en el muestreo, de tal manera que permita obtener los datos necesarios para realizar el análisis correspondiente para cada situación y acercarse mucho más a lo que busca el investigador. El capítulo Cuarto, trata sobre los Resultados y Discusión, afirmándose lo planteado en la hipótesis y las limitaciones a los resultados por los factores que influyeron en los mismos que debe tomarse en cuanta a fin de obtener los resultados esperados, que corresponde a un mayor análisis en la aplicación del modelo. Finalmente, de acuerdo a las consideraciones del capítulo Cuarto, con la finalidad investigar a mayor profundidad y en otras líneas de investigación, se precisan las Recomendaciones.

This thesis project is entitled: Productivity Improvements in the Execution of the Road Project: Improvement and Rehabilitation of Departmental Route SM 106, Section Chazuta- Curiyacu. The application of the Lean Construction Management Model in the Department of San Martin arises from the need to improve productivity for a road project executed by a medium-sized company. Compared to other projects such as buildings, bridges, among others (specific works), this project is linear, where activities are carried out along its entire length, and requires special logistical attention, particularly for transportation. The first chapter deals with the background of the research, with a bibliographical review, mentioning similar studies at international, national and local level, situations that clarify the panorama with respect to the subject that is being developed. The second chapter includes the Theoretical Framework, on which the research is based, referring to productivity and the management model, with the guidelines and recommendations to be applied, based on scientific support. Being a proven and accepted model by the academy, which has its particularities in its application, referring to the place, time, and conditions and level of learning for each situation. Chapter Three, on Materials and Methods, indicates the materials used and the method employed, as well as the procedure followed in the research, in strict compliance with the scientific method, in order to take the data with thoroughness, veracity and the set of factors involved in the sampling, in order to obtain the necessary data to perform the corresponding analysis for each situation and get much closer to what the researcher is looking for. Chapter Four is about the Results and Discussion, stating the hypothesis and the limitations to the results due to the factors that influenced them, which should be taken into account in order to obtain the expected results, corresponding to a greater analysis in the application of the model. Finally, according to the considerations of the Fourth chapter, with the purpose of investigating in greater depth and in other lines of investigation, Recommendations are specified.
