La reeducación del agresor en los casos de violencia familiar en Tarapoto, año 2022

Abstract

En la ciudad de México, el área de secretaria femenina inició la ejecución de un mecanismo piloto de apoyo financiero para féminas en situación de vulnerabilidad y que, gracias a la emergencia sanitaria, muestran peligro de volver a convivir con su atacante. Para eso, identificó a 500 damas que podrían ser apoyadas financieramente; destinados a que logren abonar parcial o plenamente la renta de su casa, abonar ingesta de alimentos o usarlo para ayudar a sus hijos e hijas, como se puede observar el apoyo constante se realiza de forma directa a la víctima; y que la violencia familiar va en acrecentamiento. En el Perú, la violencia familiar, es un fenómeno social que deviene en aumento. Sin término a perplejidades, en los últimos años que han cambiado las prácticas de la sociedad de la cual constituimos parte, más que nada en la intimidad del hogar; siendo así, la problemática del presente trabajo de investigación en realizar un tratamiento al agresor con la finalidad de disminuir los índices de violencia contra la mujer o integrantes del grupo familiar. Como objetivo general se señala: Determinar la reeducación del agresor en los casos de violencia familiar en Tarapoto, año 2022 y objetivos específicos: Analizar la reeducación del agresor en Tarapoto, (2) Evaluación la violencia familiar en Tarapoto 2022, (3) Revisar como se analiza en el derecho comparado las formas para reeducar al agresor en los casos de violencia familiar. De la investigación se concluye que la eficacia del programa de reeducación del agresor es positiva a consecuencia que se cuenta con terapias, tratamientos y charlas hacia el agresor.

Undoubtedly, in recent years the practices of the society of which we are a part have changed, more than anything in the privacy of the home, thus the problem of this research work focuses on treating the aggressor with the purpose of reducing the rates of violence against women or members of the family group The general objective is: Determine the reeducation of the aggressor in cases of family violence in Tarapoto, year 2022 and specific objectives: Analyze the reeducation of the aggressor in Tarapoto, (2) Evaluation of family violence in Tarapoto 2022, (3) To review how the forms to re-educate the aggressor in cases of family violence are analyzed in comparative law. From the investigation it is concluded that the effectiveness of the aggressor's re-education program is positive as a result of the fact that there are therapies, treatments and talks towards the aggressor.
