Servicio de Internet y el desarrollo de la Telesalud en el Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas, Loreto, 2022

Abstract

La investigación presente, realizada en el Hospital Santa Gema de Yurimaguas en el año 2022, estuvo enfocado en indagar la posible relación entre el Servicio de Internet y el desarrollo de la Telesalud en el mencionado hospital, particularmente en lo que respecta al paciente. La investigación cortó una metodología básica utilizando un diseño transversal no experimental y un enfoque cuantitativo y un nivel descriptivo correlacional. El método utilizado fue el hipotético-deductivo. La población objetivo fue de 100 pacientes que fueron atendidos por consultas médicas a distancia en el hospital, de los cuales se tomó una muestra de 58. La técnica de la encuesta, para la obtención de los datos se utilizó un cuestionario con escala tipo Likert. como herramienta de medición en este estudio. Se llevó a cabo la validación de la confiabilidad de los instrumentos a través de la opinión de expertos y del cálculo del coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. Los hallazgos observados señalaron que no se pudo establecer una relación entre el Servicio de Internet y el desarrollo de la Telesalud en el Hospital Santa Gema, ya que el logro obtenido fue de 0,207, lo que representa una conexión positiva baja. Además, el nivel de significancia fue de 0,242, concluyendo que no se encontró una correlación estadísticamente significativa con las variables. Estas conclusiones sugieren que es necesario mejorar el Servicio de Internet para facilitar el desarrollo de la Telesalud.

The present investigation, carried out at the Santa Gema de Yurimaguas Hospital in 2022, was focused on investigating the possible relationship between the Internet Service and the development of Telehealth in the aforementioned hospital, particularly with respect to the patient. The research cut a basic methodology using a non-experimental cross-sectional design and a quantitative approach and a correlational descriptive level. The method used was the hypothetical-deductive. The population was 100 patients who were attended by remote medical consultations in the hospital, of which a sample of 58 was taken. The survey technique, to obtain the data, a questionnaire with a Likert-type scale was produced. as a measurement tool in this study. The reliability of the instruments was validated through the opinion of experts and the calculation of the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The observed findings indicated that it was not possible to establish a relationship between the Internet Service and the development of Telehealth at the Santa Gema Hospital, since the achievement obtained was 0.207, which represents a low positive connection. In addition, the level of significance was 0.242, concluding that no statistically significant conclusion was found with the variables. These conclusions suggest that it is necessary to improve the Internet Service to facilitate the development of Telehealth.
