Abstract

Repositorio digital y su influencia en la gestión de documentos registrales en la Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas, 2020 La implementación de soluciones digitales es la principal forma de mejorar la gestión de procesos en organizaciones e instituciones que aún mantienen procesos manuales, por ello la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia del uso de un repositorio digital en la gestión de documentos registrales en la Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas, 2020. La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, nivel descriptivo explicativo y diseño experimental de tipo pre experimental. La población y la muestra lo conformaron 30 trabajadores de la Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas. La técnica aplicada fue la encuesta, mientras que los instrumentos fue el cuestionario. Los resultados mostraron que, antes de la implementación del repositorio digital la gestión de los documentos registrales fue deficiente con 16.7 % y regular 83.3%. Después de la implementación del repositorio digital la gestión fue eficiente en 100%. Además, se implementó el repositorio digital para gestión de documentos registrales en la Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas considerando las dimensiones de la incorporación de documentos, el registro de documentos; la clasificación de documentos; el almacenamiento; el acceso y la disposición de documentos. Así como también, las dimensiones de diseño y desarrollo y calidad de software para el repositorio digital. Se concluyó que, el uso del repositorio digital influye significativamente en la gestión de documentos registrales en la Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas, encontrándose un nivel de significancia (p – valor) igual a 0.000, el que fue menor al margen de error permitido 0.05 (p < 0.05) a un nivel de confianza de 95%.

Digital repository and its influence on the management of registry documentation in the Provincial Municipality of Lamas, 2020. The implementation of digital solutions is the main way to improve the management of processes in organizations and institutions that still maintain manual processes, therefore this research aimed to determine the influence of the use of a digital repository in the management of registry documents in the Provincial Municipality of Lamas, 2020. The research was applied, with a descriptive explanatory level and a pre-experimental experimental design. The population and the sample consisted of 30 workers of the Provincial Municipality of Lamas. The survey technique was applied, while the instruments used were questionnaires. The results showed that, before the implementation of the digital repository, the management of registry documents was deficient with 16.7% and regular 83.3%. After the implementation of the digital repository, management was 100% efficient. In addition, the digital repository for the management of registry documents was implemented in the Provincial Municipality of Lamas considering the dimensions of document incorporation, document registration, document classification, storage, access and document disposal, as well as the dimensions of design and development and software quality for the digital repository. It was concluded that the use of the digital repository significantly influences the management of registry documents in the Provincial Municipality of Lamas, finding a significance level (p - value) equal to 0.000, which was less than the permitted margin of error 0.05 (p < 0.05) at a confidence level of 95%.
