Liderazgo del director y su relación con el clima institucional en la I.E. 00903, San Juan Bautista en Nueva Cajamarca, 2019

Abstract

La indagación científica denominada Liderazgo del director y su relación con el clima institucional en la I.E. 00903, San Juan Bautista en Nueva Cajamarca, 2019, tuvo a bien como lineamiento general del accionar determinar la relación entre el liderazgo del director con el clima institucional del centro educativo; para proceder a dicho fin se procedió mediante una tipología metodológica básica y diseño descriptivo correlacional, donde conformaron la muestra 24 individuos entre maestros y directores; de igual manera en la parte de registro de información se usó la encuesta (técnica) y cuestionarios (instrumento) para medir dichas variables. En sus resultados se detalla que en el liderazgo del director se obtuvo un nivel alto con el 83,2%, regular con el 12,6% y bajo con el 4,2%; en el clima institucional fue alto con el 95,8% y el 4,2% regular. Finalmente, se concluye que la correlación es positiva baja con γs = 0,203 y un p-valor=0,341 mayor al 5% (p>0.05), lo cual indicó que relación entre ambas variables estudiadas no existe.

The research entitled "Leadership of the principal and its relationship with the institutional climate in the I.E. 00903, San Juan Bautista in Nueva Cajamarca, 2019" had as general objective: To determine the relationship between the principal's leadership with the institutional climate in the educational institution. The research was non-applied, with descriptive correlational design, whose sample consisted of 24 people between teachers and administrators, likewise the survey was used as a technique for data collection, with its instruments: questionnaire of leadership of the principal and institutional climate. The results show that the principal's leadership level was high with 83.2%, regular with 12.6% and low with 4.2%; the institutional climate was high with 95.8% and regular with 4.2%. Finally, it is concluded that the correlation is low positive with γs = 0.203 and a p-value=0.341 higher than 5% (p>0.05), which indicates that there is no relationship between the two variables.
