Abstract

Fortalecimiento del clima familiar para mejorar la formación integral en estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Wilfredo Ezequiel Ponce Chirinos, Yorongos

La formación de los educandos debe estar enmarcada en la integración de todas sus dimensiones, lo cual implica la actuación de la familia para potenciar sus aptitudes personales y académicas. La problemática observada es explicada dado a que, en muchos centros educativos de todo el mundo existe un problema muy remarcado que opaca y merma el desarrollo integral de los estudiantes, traducido en actitudes poco afectivas con sus compañeros y maestros que impide su involucramiento al máximo en los estudios, principalmente a causa de la falta de un clima familiar afectivo que potencie el crecimiento óptimo de los infantes y adolescentes los cuales trasladan estos problemas a los centros de estudios ocasionando una falta de interés en sus sesiones académicas, menguando así su propia formación integral. En este sentido, la finalidad del estudio fue fortalecer el clima familiar de los educandos de la Institución Educativa Wilfredo Ezequiel Ponce Chirinos ubicada en el distrito de Yorongos, región San Martín, con el propósito de potenciar la formación integral de los mismos con la integración tanto de la escuela como de la familia a través de la implementación de talleres destinados para este fin. Se ejecutó sobre una muestra de 35 educandos, los materiales empleados consistieron en la entrega de un cuestionario como prueba de entrada, del mismo modo se aplicó cinco de talleres; en cuanto al método utilizado correspondió al método inductivo. El resultado final indicó que entre los puntajes que se obtuvieron a nivel de pre y pos test, por medio de la prueba Wilcoxon alcanzó un valor de z igual a -5,166, con sigma bilateral igual a 0,000, valor inferior al 0,05, por lo que al cumplir con el criterio de decisión se estableció con seguridad que el taller de fortalecimiento del clima familia mejoró significativamente la formación integral de los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Wilfredo Ezequiel Ponce Chirinos, Yorongos.

Strengthening of the family climate to improve comprehensive training in students of the Wilfredo Ezequiel Ponce Chirinos Educational Institution, Yorongos

The training of students must be framed in the integration of all its dimensions, which implies the action of the family to enhance their personal and academic skills. The observed problem is explained given that, in many educational centers around the world, there is a very prominent problem that obscures and impairs the integral development of students, translated into little affective attitudes with their classmates and teachers that prevents their maximum involvement in studies, mainly due to the lack of an affective family climate that promotes the optimal growth of infants and adolescents, who transfer these problems to the study centers, causing a lack of interest in their academic sessions, thus diminishing their own comprehensive training . In this sense, the purpose of the study was to strengthen the family climate of the students of the Wilfredo Ezequiel Ponce Chirinos Educational Institution located in the district of Yorongos, San Martín region, with the purpose of promoting their integral formation with the integration of both of the school and of the family through the implementation of workshops designed for this purpose. It was executed on a sample of 35 students, the materials used consisted of the delivery of a questionnaire as an entrance test, in the same way five workshops were applied; Regarding the method used, it corresponded to the inductive method. The final result indicated that between the scores that were obtained at the pre- and post-test level, through the Wilcoxon test it reached a value of z equal to -5.166, with a bilateral sigma equal to 0.000, a value less than 0.05, for which, by complying with the decision criteria, it was established with certainty that the family climate strengthening workshop significantly improved the comprehensive training of the students of the Wilfredo Ezequiel Ponce Chirinos Educational Institution, Yorongos.
