Requerimiento físico-espaciales de la arquitectura fúnebre contemporánea, para lograr la integración del cementerio a su entorno urbano local en el distrito de Tarapoto, San Martín

Abstract

El presente trabajo de tesis tiene como tema de investigación Requerimientos Físicos - Espaciales de la Arquitectura Fúnebre, según enfoques Contemporáneos, que permita la integración del cementerio a su entorno urbano local en el Distrito de Tarapoto. Para la elaboración de esta tesis, se empleó la investigación no experimental, descriptiva, pues usaremos herramientas que nos permitan medir y saber la situación actual del tema en estudio, con encuestas a los usuarios involucrados en dicho tema. El desarrollo de la investigación inicia con el planteamiento y formulación del problema, se destaca los objetivos, tanto general como específicos, la justificación de la investigación desde puntos de vista teórico, practico, metódico y social, también desarrollamos los antecedentes, bases teóricas de acuerdo al sistema de variables y la hipótesis. En el segundo capítulo, se describe el tipo, nivel y diseño de la investigación, se destaca las técnicas de procesamiento y recolección de datos, que son a través de entrevista, encuestas, análisis y estudio de teorías y casos de referentes arquitectónicos. Se analizó información que explica las nuevas ideas y tendencias en la concepción y diseño de estructuras funerarias, acercándose un poco a la idea de que los cementerios no deben ser pensados y localizado en las periferias y más bien hacerlos parte de la ciudad, que se convierta en un verdadero espacio que convoque a la ciudadanía más allá de cumplir con su función en sí. En el tercer capítulo, se contempla las conclusiones y recomendaciones, emitidas en consecuencia al análisis y discusión de los resultados de la encuesta, información teórica y casos exitosos, los cuales fueron fundamentales en el desarrollo del presente proyecto de tesis denominado “Intervención Urbana y Arquitectónica del Cementerio General de Tarapoto”, aplicando conceptos e ideas, demostrando nuestras habilidades adquiridas en nuestra formación profesional, para proponer una alternativa de solución adecuada y eficiente a la problemática.

The research topic of this thesis is: Physical - Spatial Requirements of the Funeral Architecture, according to Contemporary approaches, which allows the integration of the cemetery to its local built environment in the District of Tarapoto. In order to elaborate this thesis, non-experimental, descriptive research was used, since tools that allow to measure and determine the current situation of the subject under study will be used, through surveys to the users involved in the subject. The development of the research begins with the statement and formulation of the problem, highlighting both general and specific objectives, the justification of the research from theoretical, practical, methodical and social points of view, moreover the background, theoretical bases according to the system of variables and the hypothesis were develloped. The second chapter describes the type, level and design of the research, highlighting the processing and data collection techniques, which are through interviews, surveys, analysis and study of theories and cases of architectural references. Information that explains the new ideas and trends in the conception and design of funerary structures was analyzed, approaching the idea that cemeteries should not be thought of and located in the peripheries, but rather make them part of the city, that they become a true space that summons citizens beyond fulfilling their function in itself. The third chapter includes the conclusions and recommendations, based on the analysis and discussion of the results of the survey, theoretical information and successful cases, which were fundamental in the development of this thesis project called "Urban and Architectural Intervention of the General Cemetery of Tarapoto", applying concepts and ideas, and demonstrating the skills acquired during the professional training, to propose an adequate and efficient alternative to solve the problem.
