Gestión educativa y clima laboral de los docentes de la institución educativa Divino Maestro, Segunda Jerusalén, 2022

La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar el tipo de relación que existe entre la gestión educativa y el clima laboral de los docentes de la institución educativa Divino Maestro, Segunda Jerusalén, 2022. El diseño fue no experimental, correlacional, transeccional, utilizando cuestionarios como instrumentos de medición validados y con prueba de confiabilidad, fueron aplicados a una muestra poblacional de 40 docentes, entre los resultados más relevantes: la gestión educativa en la institución educativa Divino Maestro es muy buena con 70 % y el clima laboral es muy bueno con 52,5 %. El grado de relación entre las dimensiones de la gestión educativa y el clima laboral es altamente significativa con p-valor inferior a 0,05. Llegando a concluir que la gestión educativa y el clima laboral de los docentes de la institución educativa Divino Maestro, Segunda Jerusalén tienen relación positiva obtenido con p-valor por debajo del 5% (p=0,000<0,05) y 95% de confianza.

Educational management and work environment of the teachers of the Divino Maestro educational institution, Second Jerusalem, 2022

The objective of this thesis was to determine the type of relationship that exists between educational management and the work environment of teachers at the Divino Maestro educational institution, Second Jerusalem, 2022. The design used was non-experimental, correlational, transectional, using questionnaires such as Validated measurement instruments and reliability calculation were applied to a census sample of 40 teachers, achieving the main results: educational management in the Divino Maestro educational institution is very good with 70% and the work environment is very good with 52,5 %. The degree of relationship between the dimensions of educational management and the work environment is highly significant with a p-value less than 0,05. Concluding that there is sufficient evidence to affirm that the educational management and the work environment of the teachers of the Divino Maestro educational institution, Second Jerusalem have a positive relationship obtained with a p-value below 5% (p = 0,000 <0,05) and 95% confidence.
