Evaluación de la participación de las mujeres desde la perspectiva de género en las actividades agropecuarias de las familias rurales en la cuenca alta del río Cumbaza - San Martin

Abstract

The present investigative work constitutes the Thesis " EVALUATION OF THE PARTICIPATION OF WOMEN PROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF GENDER IN AORICULTURE AND ANIMAL HUSBANDRY ACTIVITIES OF THE RURAL FAMILIES IN THE UPPER CUMBAZA RIVER BASIN ". It has as the general objective; evaluate the principal activity of the rural woman in agriculture and animal husbandry activities, determine the areas of decision making about access and control of resources and benefits due to their de monstrative character localized in the communities of Aviación, Chiricyacu, San Roque de Cumbaza and San Antonio de Cumbaza in the Provinces of San Martin and Lamas of the Region San Martín. Within the stages of the participative investigation we weigh the aspects of gender that orient us in analyzing the hypothesis concerning the behavior of the family with the participation of man and woman, specially in concepts of equality, self-esteem, level of decisions, inserted in the peasant economy of the rural society that allows the establishment of roles from the perspective of gender within the communities. El presente trabajo de investigación constituye la tesis "EVALUACIÓN DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN DE LAS MUJERES DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DE GÉNERO EN LAS ACTIVIDADES AGROPECUARIAS DE LAS FAMILIAS RURALES DE LA CUENCA ALTA DEL RIO CUMBAZA". Tiene como objetivo general; evaluar la ocupación principal de la mujer rural en las actividades agropecuarias, determinar los espacios de toma de decisiones sobre el acceso y control de recursos y beneficio; focalizándose por su carácter demostrativo en las comunidades de aviación, Chíricyacu, San Roque de Cumbaza y San Antonio de Cumbaza, involucrados en las provincias de San Martín y Lamas de la Región San Martín. Dentro de las etapas de investigación participativa ponderamos los diversos aspectos de género que nos orientan a resolver las hipótesis de comportamiento de la familia con la participación del varón y la mujer, especialmente en conceptos de equidad, autoestima, niveles de decisiones, insertadas en la economía campesina de la sociedad rural que permite establecer roles dentro de perspectiva de género en comunidades. La participación del varón y de la mujer en las diferentes actividades o roles es muy variado, de acuerdo a la ubicación de las comunidades y base de los patrones culturales, vale decir que cada vez una comunidad está alejada a los centros de desarrollo, la población mantiene mayores destrezas pero con la desventaja para las mujeres de la falta de valoración de su trabajo por su pareja, poco acceso a los recursos económicos y la participación en gestión comunal.
