Gestión de almacén y nivel de eficiencia en la distribución de la mercadería en la empresa Cellperu S.A.C., 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación, se propuso como objetivo general determinar la relación de la gestión de almacén y el nivel de eficiencia en la distribución de la mercadería en la empresa Cellperu SAC 2020. Con respecto a la investigación fue aplicada con un diseño no experimental, y el cuestionario se aplicó a 16 colaboradores de la empresa en estudio. Se llegó así la siguiente conclusión, que existe relación entre la gestión del almacén y el nivel de eficiencia, se pudo constatar la aceptación de la hipótesis planteada, donde nos muestra de manera específica que si existe relación entre las variables de estudio. Así mismo existe relación entre la planificación del almacén y el nivel de eficiencia en la distribución de la mercadería, logrando así la aceptación de la hipótesis especifica 1 planteada, logrando así un alto nivel de relación que es de 0.766, esto también se demuestra que en la empresa Cellperu S.A.C. maneja procedimientos que se desarrollan para la selección de ubicación real para las mercancías entrantes.

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between warehouse management and the level of efficiency in the distribution of merchandise in the company Cellperu SAC 2020. The research was applied with a non-experimental design, and the questionnaire was applied to 16 employees of the company under study. The following conclusion was reached: there is a relationship between warehouse management and the level of efficiency, and it was possible to confirm the acceptance of the hypothesis, which specifically shows that there is a relationship between the variables under study. Likewise, there is a relationship between the warehouse planning and the level of efficiency in the distribution of the merchandise, thus achieving the acceptance of the specific hypothesis 1 raised, thus achieving a high level of relationship of 0.766. This also shows that the company Cellperu S.A.C. manages procedures that are developed for the selection of actual location for incoming goods.
