Abstract

Gestión financiera y su incidencia en la liquidez en la empresa RS PETRÓLEOS EIRL, Yurimaguas 2020. La gestión financiera de la empresa RS PETRÓLEOS EIRL dedicada a la comercialización de combustible y productos vinculados presenta diversas limitaciones debido a que las actividades relacionadas con el manejo de los recursos financieros porque no se cuenta con un presupuesto debidamente elaborado, no existe personal especializado en materia financiera y bancaria, no se cuenta con un área financiera encargada de ejecutar las operaciones efectivamente, no existen políticas debidamente establecidas que orienten la realización del desarrollo de las acciones operativas y evalúen tanto la eficacia como la eficiencia. El estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar de qué manera la gestión financiera incide en la liquidez de la empresa RS PETRÓLEOS EIRL, Yurimaguas 2020. La ubicación de la investigación estuvo representada por la empresa RS PETRÓLEOS EIRL situada en Buena Vista Loreto en Alto Amazonas en la ciudad de Yurimaguas, y el periodo de evaluación fue el año 2020 debido a que se analizaron los sucesos o hechos acontecidos en la empresa durante ese periodo. Asimismo, es importante indicar que el estudio fue tipo aplicada con nivel explicativo y mostró un diseño no experimental; la población estuvo conformada por el gerente general y el acervo documentario, mientras que la muestra por el gerente general y los estados de situación financiera (Balance general) y estado de resultados de los años 2019 y 2020, por lo que el muestreo fue no probabilístico; se empleo la entrevista y análisis de datos como técnicas, y para los instrumentos de evaluación se emplearon tanto la guía de entrevista como la guía de análisis de datos. Los resultados revelan que las actividades de la gestión financiera son inadecuadas porque se observan una serie de deficiencias significativas; además, los índices de gestión financiera fueron bajos a razón de las pérdidas significativas registradas. Así también, se observa que los índices de liquidez reflejan un nivel medio porque se ha evidenciado la reducción de recursos económicos y financieros disponibles para financiar el desarrollo de las operaciones. Se ha llegado a concluir que la gestión financiera incide de forma negativa en la liquidez de la empresa, la porque los hechos irregulares evidenciados en las actividades de gestión han impedido el desarrollo efectivo de las operaciones económicas y financieras, lo cual se ha reflejado en los niveles medios de los índices de liquidez.

Financial management and its impact on liquidity of the company RS PETRÓLEOS EIRL, Yurimaguas 2020. The financial management of the company RS PETRÓLEOS EIRL dedicated to the marketing of fuel and related products has several limitations due to the fact that the activities related to the management of financial resources because there is no budget properly prepared, there is no staff specialised in financial and banking matters, there is no financial area in charge of executing operations effectively, there are no policies properly established to guide the development of operational actions and evaluate both effectiveness and efficiency. The general objective of the study was to determine how financial management affects the liquidity of the company RS PETRÓLEOS EIRL, Yurimaguas 2020. The location of the research was represented by the company RS PETRÓLEOS EIRL located in Buena Vista Loreto in Alto Amazonas in the city of Yurimaguas, and the evaluation period was the year 2020 because the events or facts that occurred in the company during that period were analysed. It is also important to indicate that the study was applied with an explanatory level and showed a non-experimental design; the population consisted of the general manager and the documentary collection, while the sample consisted of the general manager and the statements of financial position (balance sheet) and income statement for the years 2019 and 2020, so the sampling was non-probabilistic; interview and data analysis were used as techniques, and both the interview guide and the data analysis guide were used for the evaluation instruments. The results reveal that the financial management activities are inadequate because a number of significant deficiencies are observed; furthermore, the financial management indices were low due to the significant losses recorded. Furthermore, the liquidity indices reflect a medium level because there is evidence of a reduction in the economic and financial resources available to finance the development of operations. It has been concluded that the financial management has a negative impact on the liquidity of the company, because the irregularities in the management activities have prevented the effective development of economic and financial operations, which has been reflected in the average levels of the liquidity indexes.
